Fasten corners together with screws - pre-drill first.  Use two 48" x 6" vinyl base and notch the bottom for the curves. Hold them in place with the 1/4" x 2" bolts and rod connectors, with the 1/4" x 1" bolts holding up the rebar. Put a piece of tape over the side seams in the vinyl.

A rectangular piece of plywood can be screwed to the bottom of the mold. However, it is easier to tape a heavy duty trash bag or plastic to your garage floor, set the mold on it, and tape the bottom edge of the mold liner to the plastic. It will not leak.

Take the 17" top rebar and the 7" bottom rebar and set them over the 1/4" bolts/connectors in the top and bottom of the frame. Use wire to hold them in place. Lay the 3) 29" verical pieces over the top and bottom piece, and attach with more wire. Place the two 25" horizontal pieces under the vertical pieces and attach with wire. Last, set the two 23" side pieces in place ant attach.

Use Quickrete 5000 concrete mix rated at 5000 psi and a higher early strength. It takes 3 full bags to pour this mold to the 6 inch top. Try to have all 3 bags mixed and ready in 2 wheelbarrows, or be ready to mix them up really fast one after the other then stir each pour into the previous one in the mold with a 2x4. Screed any  excess off the top and tap the side of the mold all around with a hammer. As the concrete starts to set up, use the edging tool to curve the top edges - but not too soon.

Wait 24 hours. Take out the four 1/4" bolts, then take out the screws at the top and bottom of the mold so it can be moved away from the stone. Gently knock off any rough edges from the edging tool.

This mold is assembled with screws, then taken apart for shipping. Put the screws back in with a screw driver
