  Eat mostly good whole fresh or frozen food that you have to cook - and not much of the bad processed junk full of fake ingredients with names you cannot pronounce.There is no magic fat pill or diet. You have to make a full effort to eliminate from your daily intake all of the "food" items that make you tired, achy, fat, "allergic" and unhealthy. Just eat real food. It is very hard to get fat eating fresh whole food.
