No Returns - to website or Columbus Store
        At Vince's Muscle Shop we suggest that you research your supplements before you buy them - read reviews and ask other lifters. We cannot assume liablity for any products sold on our site or in our store, as this is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

         Some supplement companies have a really good guarantee:
Animal Pak        Beverly        Isatori   Myogenix 
        Others are limited:
BSN                Gaspari        Nutrex
        And some only offer contact info, but no stated return policy:
ALRI                J S Nitro                

        Some manufacturers accept returns of their products within 30 days if the unused portion or empty container is sent back to them with an explanation. Some will only accept returns of their product if it is bought directly from the manufacturer's website. All require pre-authorization by them and all return shipping paid by the customer.

        Many supplement retailer websites charge you hefty fees for returns. The return must be pre-authorized, unopened in perfect condition and received by the retailer within 30 days of the day they shipped it to you [not from the day you received it]. You will pay shipping both ways, and usually a 25% restocking charge.  
        Would you order the product if you are not going to open it? This is a useless policy. And after paying shipping both ways and the restocking fee, you will not get a refund. Instead you will have a "store credit" worth about half of what it cost you.

        With Google Checkout you no longer have to open an account with each online store, trust them all with your personal credit card info, or remember numerous usernames and passwords. Unlike PayPal, there is no money account, no money transfers, etc. Google Checkout is a credit card processor.

 Shipping & Handling
           One Flat Rate of $6.00 or $8.00 per order - that's it.
No hidden cost, No handling, No extra cost over 5 pounds,
No UPS formulas,  No surprises at checkout.  
     All orders received before 9:00 AM - and most orders received before 4:00 PM -  are mailed out the same day they are placed, except Sundays and holidays, sent by: 
U S Postal Service Priority Mail from Columbus, OH and usually take
    2 - 3 business days to any destination.

        You will receive a tracking number to check through USPS Track & Confirm   but Beware!  If your mailman scans in your package as "delivered" and it shows up on the USPS site as "Delivered" with the time and date, there is nothing that we can do about it from here.
        Talk to your mailman directly or visit your local post office for an explanation. It may be mailman malfunction, or a thief getting to the delivered package before the customer gets to it.

                Privacy Policy
        We never have access to your credit card number and do not want it. Google can be trusted with this personal info better than any supplement site.

        Regarding your shipping address for your order, and your email address if you choose to include it when you checkout through Google - We absolutely will not sell or share your information for any reason or under any circumstances. And we will not spam your email address. Last year we sent emails to our customers 3 times to annouce special sales.
